When your intelligence and enchanting are high as you can get, move on to alchemy. Try to have some higher end spells that fortify intelligence and enchanting as much as possible. The greater the soul, then the greater the potential enchantment. That's true as long as you don't have any mods that include creatures with souls more powerful than the most powerful souls (Almalexia: 1500, Vivec: 1000, and Golden saints/Ascended Sleepers/Dahrk Mezalf: 400) or include soul containers more powerful than the most powerful soul containers (Azura's Star:15000 and Grand soul gems: 600).
